What sizes are available?
A: Our CS1100 Family which fits on a two wheeled walker is available in the following sizes: "D" and "E", M6/B, M9/C and M7 (The M9/C and the M7 are the same product). Our CS1200 Family has a dual purpose, it either fits on a two wheeled walker or on a wheelchair and is available in the following sizes: Helios, Helios Marathon, "D" and "E", M6/B, M9/C and M7 (The M9/C and the M7 are the same product). The CS-EH made specifically for a four-wheel walker or Rollator can take either a “D” or “E” tank. Q: How do I know what size tank I have?
A: Please look at the chart below for some common Cylinder Specifications. Just Measure your Cylinder Length = H, from the BOTTOM of the Cylinder to the TOP of the Chrome Valve as shown, then match it to the chart below, find the Cylinder Size you have. NOTE: Your measurements may be slightly different, just match it to the closest size. If you have any Questions, Give us a call at 315-472-8077.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: If you wish to return a product, please call us at 315-472-8077 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA) which is required for all returns. Returns are accepted up to 60 days from the date of purchase on the sales receipt. Once you receive an RA from us, please clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the box using black marker. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Returned item(s) must be in new condition, unused, unmarked and not damaged. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee; shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow 4 weeks for processing.
