	You can order your TO2TE^® Oxygen Cylinder holder one of two ways: - Through our secure, online shopping cart powered by Paypal - or - Contact us for wholesale ordering information Please call us if you wish to ship to an address different from your credit card billing address For orders shipping to AK or HI, please contact us by phone If you wish to return a product, please call us at 315-472-8077 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA) which is required for all returns. Returns are accepted up to 60 days from the date of purchase on the sales receipt. Once you receive an RA from us, please clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the box using black marker. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Returned item(s) must be in new condition, unused, unmarked and not damaged.
